this must be where FLA and TX laws go a different direction...

so what we're saying is that in FLA you cannot be charged with a DUI/DWI without a witness seeing you behind the wheel, yet you CAN be charged with wreckless driving without a witness seeing you behind the wheel?

haha...i guess so. They can charge him with wreckless driving if he admits to driving but cannot charge him with DUI or DWI unless its witnessed!

crazy... minus the three-strikes and a couple of other minor deals, wreckless driving is just as bad as a DWI in TX and it has to be witnessed...
