UPDATE: The history has been extended back another 10 seasons to 1970 and updated through 2010.

Only 2 wins since 1963 (when they made it to the 2A Semifinals) actually.

1970: Dalhart went 9-1, only loss was in dist. play 24-21
1976: Dalhart goes 9-1 and only loss was in dist. by 7-6
1981: Dalhart goes 8-1 and only loss was in dist. play by 10-6

I'm guessing Dalhart fans were pretty happy when the UIL began allowing 2 teams per district into the playoffs in 1982
