IDK but they made up for it with that TD but they better not do it again. You may be up 42-0 but anything can happen and I would not pull them in the start of the second half.

You leave in the starters and run it up 65-0, then you're an a-hole....you pull the starters w/ a 42pt lead at half...and you shouldn't have pulled em so soon.... :doh:

Yep, Carthage pulled the starters out way too soon. The Bulldogs could've salted this game away and left no doubt by halfway through the third if they'd a left the starters in. That's why I say leave your starters in for at least one or two series in the third, regardless of the score. That's just my opinion, though. A win is a win, but it got sloppy defensively. What ever happened to that Caldwell ball control offense, and that salty defense everybody was talking about before this game?:eek:

Exactly...I would have kept the starters in 2 series coming out of halftime and then pulled them. I knew that Caldwell had some holes on the defense and it showed tonight. Carthage basically controlled most of the game and got the win. Good year Caldwell. GL to Carthage the rest of the way.

Caldwell looked pretty good against the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th strings.

While Carthages 1st string dominated on both sides of the ball.
