#1 Forney (11-0) v #2 Everman (11-0)
It's a shame the State Champs for 3A-D1 will be decided so early...should be a great game, the outcome is a toss-up. Go Forney!!

I think maybe you Forney folks have a nagging feeling that your season will finish this weekend! I look for Everman to beat you, and no, I don't think that game is the State Championship. Vernon and several others besides Everman in Region I & II might take you out even before you would face the winner of Region III & IV. Of course you might remember last year they can win the big ones sometimes.

Old Card I havent seen Everman play, but I have seen what Forney can do. Forney has the complete package including a lad that kicks 50 yd field goals. I think it is going to be an outstanding game. Im going with my 11-3A partners. Forney by a little bit.

I gotta go with Forney, 13-10. Both defenses are obviously outstanding(statistics-wise), so I doubt either team will reach 20 points. I also believe people who think that Forney is a one-trick pony with only one great player will get a rude awakening . . .

Oh I forgot,Sinton also has a kicker that can kick a 50 yd. field goal!

Neither of those teams are close to ranked as high as #1 Forney and #2 Everman....You don't know what you're talking about!!

It didn't ask for who was ranked higher, a matchup of two teams that are equal in strength can make for a great game. I do think everman/forney will be the best game though. go Dawgs

I would have to say Everman by 4. Forney is a great team. But Everman is a more rounded team. Theyve got 3 really good running backs. If you shut down Blanton you shut down Forney. I dont believe he will be shut down. But I still believe he will be held to less yards than he has been. I'll be there watchin. Go Bulldogs!

Correction: they have SEVEN good RBs and 4 outstanding RBs to go along with a very effective passing game and the fastest damn defense Ive seen in 3A in a long time!
