Anybody heard of any jobs that may be opening up in the DFW area? I heard maybe Crandall may be opening.

The soon to be 2A Breckeridge job is open. But, from what's been
said on this board, the superintendent is a real piece of work. :(

Why should people run from this one? I understand that they have gone through several coaches the past few years and they have a new Superintendent who let go a coach who had only been there two years in a brutal district. However, evidently he saw some things he didn't like. Article I read on another forum said that he didn't like the AD/HFC being seperate positions. To me that's a GOOD sign. If they drop it could make things a lot better. They will still be in a tough district but they should be able to compete.

Quinlan Ford has hired Virgil Crow, a Celina assistant who coached at Rusk for 3 years previously.

Has Coach Ford filled Coach Crows spot? I know Coach Ellis just got back in Celina after 2 years in Aubrey but Im not sure if he is the one filling the spot. He was a linemen coach before but thats not what Crow coached

What's going to happen in Vernon? Have heard, from a very reliable source that the AD/HC did not have his contract extended. Still has a year left but, he can't be too happy.
