Sinton stopped attacking, and went with more running plays there last couple drives. Sinton deep threats Royal having problem stopping. Defensively if Sinton doesnt stop the runner near the line he can take it to the house.

What they came out and did in the first couple of series was definitely a sledge hammer. BIG risk, BIG reward early. Tells me Sinton is well coached and that they probably worked long and hard on that onside kick and recovery. They got the Falcons on their heels early and capitalized. Royal needs to wake up and get on track on both sides of the ball. If they continue to let Sinton have all the momentum....it could be a long night. Royal needs to come up w/ a sledge hammer or two to the face of their own. With their past history of playing mediocre ball due to lack of confidence (or that's what it has always appeared to be)....I'm wondering how they'll react to what Sinton has been able to do in the 1st half. They were up big early on Giddings and that's what carried them through to the W in that game. They are in desperate need of a confidence booster...and SOON!!!

Sinton needs to keep the pressure on with aggressive play. The temptation is to go concervative to protect the lead. Not a good idea with Royal's explosiveness. Pass the ball..go deep.. make th conversions.

I can work on a divorce decree and pop in from time to time on the board and post about anything & everything. The the beauty about Sinton is we are a good PROGRAM. We excel in all sports. :) So, I will be here discussing our basketball chances (as much as I detest the sport) and then Spring will roll around and I'll be talking about baseball, softball, tennis, track & golf. oh i'll be following during Track season..BR made the state track meet last year. Also our BB team was very strong. I dont think our baseball team was good..but oh well.
