Well, Just under two days to go. The local paper had a great article today regarding the matchup. There is no link to their stat wrap up, but Bridgeport and Decatur are neck in neck for almost every stat across Wise County.
I also thought it was interesting that the Wise County Messenger said this was the 82nd year of the rivalry. Wow! Even I didn't know it had been going on that long. I will try and get some links out to the write up when they post it.
Well, the big talk in the two towns is What will the weather be like and can "EaglesRule" ever learn to spell. I don't know about the latter but the answer to the first topic is...
At Kickoff, current forecast is for temps in the upper 60s with 30% chance of rain moving through in the evening. We'll have to wait and see. Here is a link to keep you posted...
