All the talent in the world just cant put it together on the field

you got that right, finally got some good D1 talent over last few years and havent been able to put it together but i did like what Coach Hoffman did this year....record doesnt show it but they were a better team this year, much improved.

He will be a good one for them too. Waco Connally is on the verge of being a really good program, just needs someone to come in and change the attitude of mediocracy. They have the facilities and the kids, just need to get some tradition and belief going and stop losing so many kids when they get up to the high school level, seems we have really good 7th, 8th and 9th grade teams then they just drop out or drop off after that.

You tell em Rabid, never understood the whole Waco thing, but i know i know..gotta know what part of Texas its in...notice i stopped putting the S after spring. I think their is probably a Connally transfer on just about every other team in the area.
