oh, I see...regular season shouldn't count as "rounds"...you can lose 7 games and still get into the playoffs

I think it will be Burnet vs Jasper in the semi. I also think Burnet will win that match up again this year. :D

To take it one step further, I believe it will be Gainsville vs Burnet in the title game. I'll reserve any predictions on that game, it would be a good match-up.

If Burnet stays healthy and keeps winning, the next few weeks will include...

Liberty Hill
Somerset
Cuero (or possibly Wharton)
& Sinton, again

Then it gets interesting. The region 3 rep is anybody's guess. My guess would be either Waco Connally or Gatesville, whichever one wins this week. Bellville could slip into D1 if my abacus works, but not likely.

Then I'm thinking Forney will be the rep from the North. They'll mash Gainesville up the middle to get out of Reg 2 and then beat Everman to get to state.

Maybe a better question would be "Will Burnet go down?" Asking what round they'll go down in is based on the assumption that they are going to lose. I'm not so sure they will. I think they'll win it all this year.

I wouldn't count jasper out. I personally think they have a team capable of knocking burnet out. People are counting out alot of good teams and week 10 hasn't even been played yet.

I think that Jasper may be able to give Burnet a game but the question is who will walk off the field with the trophy.....BUNRET. I don't understand these posts....is it for ACTUAL DISCUSSION or to stir a pot of steaming fans across the state? Or to progress the theory of "Burnet Bashing On 3AAA Downlow"?
