That crazy, aggressive NMSU soccer player...

...doesn't look so crazy anymore. I saw the game last night on one of the 500 FSN networks and it looked like she was provoked before every attack. The hair-pull on the one BYU player was a bit out of line, but if you look at a few of the highlights you can see BYU players elbowing and hitting her before her retaliation.

What I don't understand about this whole episode is how she could have done all those things and not get red-carded. Seems like any two of those things I saw (one in some cases) should have caused a red card.

And if all she did really was retaliation for cheap shots she endured earlier, I heard no mention of any ejections of BYU players either.

The officials clearly let this one get out of control.
