when my middle son was at SHSU - his roommate did her senior thesis on Texas Dancehalls. She had SO MUCH FUN compiling the info and pictures. I would have loved to have seen the slideshow. She is working at some Texas Country radio station now. The Texas Monthly with Leach on the cover has a good article on the "Texas Festivals"
