5 of the teams you played in the regular season are still playing, and you are too? That is half of your shedule.

Brownwood can and here is the list:
Burnet
LaVega
Stephenville 4A
Abilene Wylie
Graham

just a guess but probably a lot in 4A and 5A...since four teams go to the playoffs in those divisions.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say he was talking about what 3A school...

Imagine if LH doesn't have a uncharacteristic down year, Brownwood would have 6.

Bridgeport, Iowa Park and Burkburnett are in a district that had a "BYE" last week and didn' play. No possibilty of loosing in a "bye" week .

  Here is his quote, makes no reference to how, only that these teams are still in the playoffs. I don't think Argyle got a choice as to where they are in the bracket. Are all this teams still playing?? And if CS were the one in the Argyle bracket I have a feeling that you wouldn't have brought this up.

District 30AAA teams don't have much of a chance because we are in a large district with 8 teams which means that you have to have 7 district games and if you make the playoffs only two other teams can make it in your district. That means all 3 of your non district opponents need to make the playoffs which is slim odds. Now if you had 6 teams in the district like most do then you have a bigger chance with 5 non district opponents.
