i should be taking up for my district, but the bridge city win should have happened IMO, i just didn't see the same indian team this year as last....they may fool me but i just don't see them beating a team with the record of caldwell......condition of the field might make a difference but i think caldwell is a touchdown better....

Unabashed 100% homer vote for my Hornet team. They are ready, healthy and focused. They find a way week after week to win playing their game without panic or razzle-dazzle. One of their biggest fans said that they have the "want to" to win and it's true. If they listened to all the nay-sayers bashing our skill, talent and speed and/or took all the low rankings to heart (Dave Campbell absolutely thinks we are a fluke), they should have belly'd up and turned yellow the first week. But they had that "want to", trusted the coaches, the system and most importantly each other as a team and it's working for them.

It's always fun to watch two Slot teams play...well for fans who appreciate a good running game fought in the trenches. We can't wait for Friday.

We're excited in Caldwell. Our Lady Hornets Volleyball should be playing Friday as well in the state tournament. We're hoping the fans can go to San Marcos, watch them win and then zoom on down to Waller for the football game.

The week will either go very slowly or too fast.

Of course going with my Hornets on this won...no score prediction, I just think we will be able to wear Cleveland down on both sides of the ball. We watched them Friday night, Caldwell will take this one and then move on to Thanksgiving weekend!
