Coldspring QB was the real deal, Mustangs had 5 turnovers and still almost won, good luck against Rockdale next week.

what a ballgame....!!!

first off, no way we win this one without the wo-s fumbles and interceptions....

second, that receiver of wo-s must have had over 200 yards, holy cow!!!

third, almost 1,000 yards total offense.....UNBELIEVABLE !!!


you guys still had the best team on the field, we just closed the gap a lot as a team and got lucky on one night....


one thing about it, i've sat on my tongue all year not knowing if we had a good team or not, i think i can say we are.....


bad thing about it is you guys are gonna be motivated next year, we HAVE to beat cleveland next year to avoid you guys....

thanks for the graciousness, you wo-s reps are class acts....


to wos87, i had no idea of the point total but the point of pride to me is the 500 yards on THAT defense, thats the point of pride to me....still unbelievable.....you guys just don't quit.....

we needed every turnover from them to beat this "down" version.....their team just carries themselves as athletes....we might have outscored them on this one night but we "beat" nobody.....we extremely lucky to be representing both of us against rockdale.....

I can honestly say that I can only remember three times when our defense was shred like that on the ground. 1988 Paris State Championship, 2005 Semifinals against Wimberley and last night. Coldspring is big and fast and Allen is a stud! Good luck against Rockdale. I truly feel CS will go, at least, 4 deep now and meet Carthage. Can't beat a team like that with 5 turnovers.

Trojandad - what a great example of a classy post for the winner and congraulations on a great win. :clap:

WOS87 - I can't imagine a team beating your speed and still have flashbacks of our game against you last year. I have no doubt y'all will be back in full force and more experienced next year.

I had a feeling this wasn't the Mustang's year. They are pretty young and will be very solid next season. Still a great year.

Thanks Statewide, Very young this year. A ton returns next year so things look much better.
