So i have always had a problem with the way this rule is defined...I mean WTH? Your whole body and the ball can be across the LOS except your foot and its not considered a penalty. Anyways I wouldnt have brought this up if the cowboys lost because people would say I was making excuses but sincce they won, I just thought I would say WTH is up with that rule?

That is not the NCAA (or Texas HS) rule.

I agree, I did not know that rule was like that until the E. Manning play last year....

lets see, if any part of the ball crosses the goal line, it is a TD but you whole body (even your shoe laces ) have to be across the line of scrimmange for this to be a penelty... just strange
